Yupyup...
Okie basically, i had been very busy,
And i am talkin bout training 4 times a week k?
But i am also happi
cos my 100m timing which i took on tuesday is 12.55s
And that is about 95% of my speed
And wif my jumping spikes so more k?
So i figure...if i wear my sprint spikes
And whack at 100% of my speed
I could clock 12.3s or 12.4s.
haha...so that i basically why i am so happi.
Woohoo!!!
