Freak!!!
Damn pain.
I was playin soccer today
and i twisted my wrist.
Until now still pain so
it muz be a sprain.
Going to last for a few days i tink.
It's going to be swollen soon.
And i sprained my right ankle too.
On wed i just sprained my left ankle.
Now my right.
Great.....Just Great.
dunno how i am goingto train tml.
I tink i seriously need to see a doctor.
Okie i need to sleep soon.

Didn't blog for a long time le.


First things first,
The Track and Field Team finally got some
good pri 6 trackers,
including 2 from my school!!
All of them not bad,
but still lousier than me....haha
And i finally got myself the school's track suit!!!!
Woohoo!!!


I also order 10 yellow '"LiveStrong"' bands.
WooHoo!!
And i'm going to order new spikes already!!
WooHoo!!!
So excited...can't wait for them to come.


And I organized the class gathering,
and we have to have to vote for either
Sentosa or Wild Wild Wet.
I want to go Wild Wild Wet!!!!!!

Had training todae again...
Didn't felt to well.
Just after training i felt like vomitting...
Dunno why....also
I felt so giddy
So sick
Felt like dying.........
Stambled my way to the street soccer court where the rest were playin
Couldn't even stand up
So i went to vomit into the drain by the soccer court
Felt so much better after that
Rest A llittle while before i felt normal again!!!!!!

Guess I'm alright now.........

But while waiting for 5 o'clock to reach,
I slept!!!!!....Wat the hell!!!!
So i ended up not playin..

Today's like so boring man.
Like nothing to do after exam.

Had trainin today
Did 300m
After running the 300m, my butt got burned
Burned by lactic acid.
Couldn't even sit properly!!!


Anyway, on monday, there will be 4 trackers for primary school coming to train wif us!!!

2 hurdlers,1 400m runner and 1 100m sprinter who got 3rd of the nationals...
Yeah!!!!!!
Another faster sprinter but not as fast as me though....
